I haven't drawn something Russia related in a loooooong time. and he is basically my favorite character! He is such a creep. I love it. xD hahaha~

Anyway~ I wanted to draw him holding a sunflower... I can't draw flowers... I finally kinda drew one but oh well

I also had to follow the color scheme of a different Russia picture Himaruya-san drew/colored cuz I wasn't coming up with all those colors on my own O.o I'm still learning here xD
